THE CAPTURE CREW – CUTEST KIDS COMPETITION (BABY & TODDLER EDITION)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by The Capture Crew, Navan Town Shopping Centre, Ireland.

2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to families residing in Ireland. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over. Only one entry per family is permitted.

3. Entry Requirements
   Entry is granted upon booking and attending a photography session with The Capture Crew during the competition period. Each participating child will have one image entered into the competition.

4. Competition Period
   The competition will run during promotional periods as determined by The Capture Crew. Specific dates, times, and location details will be outlined in the relevant promotional materials and on our website.

5. How the Competition Works
   Participants will attend a short photography session of approximately 15 minutes. The Capture Crew will select one image per entry to be included in the competition.

6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected by The Capture Crew based on creativity, expression, and overall image quality. The decision of The Capture Crew is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize
   The winner will receive a 20x16 canvas print of their child’s selected image. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Capture Crew reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date via phone, email, or social media. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Capture Crew reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Photography Session Conditions
   • Sessions are approximately 15 minutes in duration
   • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation
   • The complimentary digital image will be selected by the customer
   • Additional images, prints, and products are available for purchase
   • All purchases are final and non-refundable
   • Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in advance
   • The Capture Crew reserves the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances

10. Use of Images
    By entering the competition, you agree that The Capture Crew may use images taken during the session for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, you must notify The Capture Crew in writing at the time of booking.

11. Data Protection
    Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

12. General
    The Capture Crew reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
